Chief Executive Officer
Sébastien Leboeuf stands as a towering figure in the realm of real estate development, renowned for his visionary leadership and transformative impact on both Quebec City and British Columbia's landscapes. As the CEO of OVIS Group, Sébastien orchestrates the company's strategic direction, overseeing deal acquisitions and financial operations with precision and foresight. Prior to his role at OVIS Group, he served as the CEO of Leboeuf Societe Immobiliere, where his stewardship propelled the company to prominence.
Sébastien's journey in real estate began in 1992 when he made his inaugural foray into property ownership, acquiring his first buildings. This marked the genesis of a prolific career characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation. Over the years, Sébastien has distinguished himself as a master developer, having successfully completed over 600 lot subdivisions that have redefined urban living in both Quebec City and BC.
With an expansive portfolio that spans over 1000 hectares of land and encompasses a multitude of residential and commercial units, Sébastien Leboeuf has cemented his legacy as a titan of the industry. Currently, OVIS has 324 rental units under construction, along with 17,000 square feet of prime retail space, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of real estate development. Additionally, Sébastien is spearheading the development of a ski resort in Quebec City, further expanding his reach and influence within the industry.
In acknowledgment of his outstanding contributions to society, Sébastien Leboeuf was honored with the Jubilee Medal by Her Majesty the Queen—an accolade that speaks to his unwavering dedication and exemplary service. President
Jacky Chan is the Chief Investment Officer of Ovis Group. Jacky is responsible for overseeing the company’s investment strategies, portfolio management and financial performance.
Jacky is responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new investment opportunities, and making sound investment decisions that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
He is focused on managing the company’s holdings and overseeing the financing of development projects. He works closely with shareholders to ensure that investment decisions are aligned with the company’s overall goals, and that investments are delivering strong financial performance creating value for the company and its investors.
Jacky is the Co-Founder & CEO of Baker west Real Estate. Canada’s largest preconstruction home sales, and within the Peerage Realty Partners Conglomerate, Baker West is part of this national network that has transacted more than $41 billion in sales in 2021 alone and over $200B to date.
Jacky has also earned prestigious awards & recognitions through his years of sales success including the Top40Under40 award from BIV, top 20 Most Influent in BC Real Estate, 1st ever MVP (Most Valuable Producer) award from Concord Pacific in 2018 (largest community developer in Canada), recognized for selling the most # of homes & achieving sales at every single development from Concord Pacific since 2016.

Sean Fox is the Chief Operations Officer of Ovis Group, Sean is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all business activities are running smoothly and efficiently. With 5 years of experience in real estate, Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
As a strategic and analytical leader, Sean is committed to driving growth and innovation within the company, identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and other operational efficiencies. This includes closely monitoring key performance metrics and implementing strategies to optimize operational performance.
Founder of Fox Real Estate Group, manages a top 1% team in Vancouver that sells over $100 million in volume every year.
